The importance can be seen in future parts of our life such as in our career.  Without learning the discipline in schools it can cost them later in in their carrier. Discipline helps us to stay under control which overall keeps our mind fresh and cool enabling us to work more productively. Not only will this help in future it will them to control themselves in tough and desperate situations.
