Election is an essential part of every democratic country as democracy mean for the people, by the people and of the people. It is possible only due to election that a candidate is selected as the wish of the common mass. They have the full power to remove them if they fail to work for the welfare of the common mass. Election is also necessary because if there were no elections then the rulers or the one with power would become cruel and become autocrat. It is the fear of elections which make the people at power work correctly and honestly because if they do not work for welfare then they would not be given votes by common mass and hence will get removed from their office.
