Fuels are limited resources.  They are natural resources and are exhaustible in some centuries possibly.  Excessive use of fuels and inefficient use of them causes pollution and global warming.  Then our Earth's natural reserves will be emptied faster.  Our descendants could face problems of fuel shortage.  So we must conserve.  Also, government spends a lot of money for subsidizing fuel to the people.  So money is wasted if fuel is wasted.

How

I would like to mention some points .  Please expand and enhance that.     I would like to mention some points .  Please expand and enhance that.

We can take actions individually and collectively.

1. Save water. Dont waste or  throw it.  If used water can be used for gardening and watering plants etc. please do so.

2. Use only as much as required - various products we use.  To manufacture, transport, sell, buy a product - fuel energy is used.

3.  Use electricity carefully and prudently. Switch of gadgets when not in use.

4. Use public or shared transport if possible.

5. Go on walking if the destinations are nearby.

6.  At traffic lights, switch off engines.  A lot of fuel is wasted there.

7. Encourage recycle, regenerate, reduce types of technologies and processes.

8. Encourage green technologies.

9. Use more of solar or geothermal or wind energy and other non-conventional energy sources.

10. Spread awareness about fuel saving concepts.

11. We should invent more efficient and productive fuels.  use bio-fuels, green fuels.

12. Big corporates, governments need to come together to improve fuels, more efficient motors, engines, technologies, processes and system.

13. Population control is required.  The population is growing at an alarming rate. So the fuel requirements are growing.

14. Create employment opportunities in small towns and villages.  So people do not come to highly populated and spread out urban areas.  The consumption is very high in cities.

15. Encourage use of bicycles in places that are safe.  Create safe paths for youth and old to use bicycles.

16. Create good and fast urban transit systems, like metros and trams.  Then use of private transport may reduce.

17. Ban the use of  inefficient motors.

Even though the prices of fuel are going up, the demand is still growing. So explicit actions are required to save fuel or create better fuels.

             CONSERVE FUEL, SHAPE THE FUTURE
Fuel is a substance which is used to produce heat energy through chemical reaction. Without it, today no machine is going to be work. All are depend on this to run. Even from a small screw to a big generator there is a need of it. But today, our India is facing a severe fuel crisis.

In our day to day life, it is also a basic need of us. Due to it's lackness, Most countries have to import fuel to meet their needs by spending high amount today. We can say this by seeing the nearest petrol bunks. If we saw them we can find there a long queues of vehicles because there was no fuel to tank up on. It's our time situation about fuel.
How panic it is? What about our future generations? Their life conditions might be so difficult without these fuel. They have to work hard to do asmall work also. They have to suffer a lot. If it continues like this, there will be no industries which are going to be run in future. Such that we can't get any material even a small thing also because the things which we are using most today like plastic, paraffin wax, computers, cars, pharmaceuticals, etc are getting from the industries only on which fuel is the basic need to get all these.
Fuels like petrol and diesel are also not clean fuels. They cause pollution and increase C02 emissions. So we have to stop using fuel highly which is responsible for causing Global Warming.
It's really makes our life tough if we still continue the usage of fuel in large amounts. In order to avoid this, We have to bring awareness on people.
We have to turn of our vehicles at traffic. We have to encourage car pooling and have to minimise the usage of applying brakes. We have to use hybrid cars which run both on gas and electricity. Electric cars like the Indian Reva are good choices. Under-inflated tires reduce fuel efficiency. Travelling the least distaces by walk or using bicycle is good for health and helps for fuel conservation too.. So, Save Fuel, Save Future
