Personality, or the way of addressing and presenting yourself to a person you are serving, is of immense importance in the field of work. Nurses are the persons, mostly females, who take part in the helping of diseased persons, helping them to grow well and healthy again.
As they have to deal with persons who are both physically and morally down, they should be very cheerful and smiles must prevail on their lips. They should have their work satisfaction, and they must do their job with consciousness and concentration.
