2. Imagine you got 86 marks out of 100. You are surprised because you are pretty sure that you have performed well in your exam. To check if the teacher has awarded you the proper marks, you need mathematics.

3. Can I get to airport on time?, Can all these clothes fit inside the bag?, When does the match start? and so on. All these questions involve numbers.
