Meditation is the only thing that I suppose, can give you rest in the today's world of stress. It will lead you to a happy, calm and peaceful life. It removes stress and makes you feel relaxed. It creates a good relationship in the family, friends and relatives. So, if you feel tensioned go for it!!! Meditation is just like a boon in our life.
