Osmoregulation - it is a process in which osmotic pressure of fluid in our body is maintained according to the external condition. ( in simple terms maintaining the body fluid content)

Osmoregulation is performed by many organisms. Humans perform this by some hormones like ADH and physical changes .

By this process we can maintain body fluid level which is important for our metabolic activities.

In case if we fail to do this process we will be encountering many diseases like diabetes insipidus.
