personality development is very necessary in today's scenario where the world is moving at a fast pace and everyone is trying their levèl best to compete one another.
if personality of a person is not sufficiently developed or he/ she isn't smart enough to face the reality people will make fun of them and backfire them in public. no one likes a stupid person . even a foolish one ones to be with people who are clever enough. personalitt is said to be the key to many doors. it acts like Harry potter's ' ALOHOMORA' spell. if u need to have a mark in this world you need to develop your qualities and traits and brush your personality. everyone lives a smart person whether he is good or evil from within
outer appearance matters a lot nowadays. even ugly and unapproachable people with a good personality can win a million hearts
