Residential school is an old pattern in Indian education since the Vedic age, which we called gurukul. The system of gurukul was very different from other system of teaching or learning of any kind of education or techniques. The role of management and teaching staff are very significant to build a residential school in the midst of educational and social respect. The nature of management should not be very modern and contented. The education system should be very effective and deep formative as similar to Vedic science.
