                                    Situational Intelligence

Situational Intelligence is the efficient, timely, and wisely use of the data or information related to an issue or crisis to take timely action to tackle that issue and take preventive measures. Equipped with efficient and timely situational intelligence, one can react or tackle any natural disaster, terrorist attack, or any similar untoward incident.

The scope of situational intelligence is very vast. It applies to almost all areas of life. Technology plays quite an important role in creating situational intelligence. Fortunately, with the development of IT technology, situational awareness has become quite advanced.

Use of situational intelligence or awareness can help us keep unpleasant happenings at bay. For example in the case of any impending natural disaster, say a tsunami or earthquake scenario, if we have the early warning systems well in place and functioning efficiently, we can stave off catastrophic consequences by taking the pre-emptive and safety measures. The right situational intelligence can really save thousands of invaluable lives and property.

Similarly situational awareness can help us deal with security, health-related, financial or any other area related emergencies successfully. Situational intelligence infra-structure is a must to live a happy life.

The situational intelligence in the company is the ability of the employees to respond to a particular situation particularly by reading about it.

It is based on the ability of the employees that how fast they can gather the data and respond to them by making a good decision for the company.

While making the decision the employees also understand the motives of the stakeholder and can also predict what is coming ahead.
