Obviously the most important are the starting few chapters becuase they will serve as a base to your further studies. They are like plus- minus in maths where you don't know how to use them , you won't be able to solve them. So the most important are

Atomic Structure

Periodic Table

Chemical Bonding

And little bit of Gas and liquid chapter.

I am just refering these chapters in terms of their basic importances. Also a lot of questions will be asked from chemical bonding chapter if you are an aspirant of medical.
