I will give a simple description.
According to the special relativity of Einstein, he told that every act related to space, time and motion in this universe everything has two views or two different ideas to look upon. That means the same thing is apparently related differently, that means nothing is absolute in its occuring.
The most famous example, is of sitting in a train.
Suppose the train is stationary or at rest.
and another train just beside starts moving. So, the observer might feel two ideas in this motion that either his train has started moving or the train beside has started moving.
