1mol                                  2mol      1mol

concentration of [H]^{+} =2*0.001M

concentration of [SO_4]^{2-}=0.001 M

total no of [H+] ions=molarity*volume in litre*avagardo number

                                 =2*0.001*0.1*6.023*10^(23)

similarly no of [SO4^-2]=0.001*0.1*6.023*10^(23)
