the year 1717 AD, there was a Grahakutami. Following this
event the Britishers decided to mint coins with the help of
Rishis. On one side the Rishis engraved the currency

There appeared a Grahakutami, a solar eclipse that lasted for more than five hours in India back in 1717 AD. It was the British period in India. So the British had decided to mint a coin behalf of that solar eclipse. With the help of Rishis in India they have minted coins made up of copper and iridium. They called the coin a lebbo which mean Sun Guard in Greek. One side of the coin was engraved with the denomination of the coin and on the other side they engraved the nine planets.

The lebbos are considered as precious as there were only 16 pieces minted by the company.  The coins are also said to be chargeable and activated to get magnetic properties.
