My recent trip to Mumbai opened my mind to possibilities of weird combination that work great together. There are also good innovation in food joints, like there was a place near CST in Mumbai called Vada day, and yes a lot of its items had Vada in it. People also ate samosa with pav and there were places which had dal makhani spiced with jack Daniels.
I never had tried dal makhani spiced with jack Daniels . Too expensive for me but innovation is there, there is also different places in Delhi which offer a great deal of boozy main courses.
By 2025 I wish to see less innovation and more people with food security.
