The poet says that there's no one like Macavity. He not only breaks human laws but also breaks the laws of nature. He floats in the air without any support. Even the magician wonder about Macavity and stare upon him. whenever someone rushes to the scene of crime, Macavity is not there!Those who try to look for macavity find him neither in the basement nor in the air as Macavity is not there.
