let speed of a is v and he completed distance in t. i.e. v*t=100
therefore,
speed of b is 90/t and speed of c is 87/t.
for 180m, time taken by b is 180/(90/t)=2t.
and in this time interval of 2t distance covered by c is 2t*(87/t)=174m
hence b will beat c by 6m.
