Hii student,

# Answer - 15m.

# Explaination-

Consider, x, y and z be the distances covered by a, b and c when race ended.

Now Given is-

a won the race.

Hence, x = 100m

a beat b by 10m

Hence, y = x-10 = 90m

b beat c by 5m

Hence, z = y-5 = 85

To calculate distance by which a beat c,

x-z = 100-85 = 15m

Hence, a beat c by 15m.

Hope this helps you...
