Let the no. be 10x + y

y = 4x. eq1

x + y = 10. eq2

Put value of y in in eq2.

x + 4x = 10

5x = 10

x = 2

Put x in eq1

Y = 4x = 4*2 = 8

Hence no. Is 10x + y

= 10*2 + 8

= 28
