Let the digits be 'ab'
That is 'a' in tens place and 'b' in ones place.
The no. Is 10a+b as in expanded form
When 54 is subtracted the digits are reversed
That means the digits will be 'ba' :'b' in tens place and 'a'in ones place
So the no. Can be written as 10b+a as in expanded form
According to the condition
10a+b -54 = 10b+a
=>9a -9a-54 = 0
=>a-b-6=0
=>a-b = 6 ------------(1)

Also given that the first digit is 4 times the second
=> a= 4b
Substituting in (1)

4b-b=6
=>3b=6
=>b =2
=> a= 8
Therefore the no.is 10a+b = 10(8)+2 = 82
