Answer:

Let the common ratio for the angles of triangle be x

So,

<X = x

<Y = 3x

<Z = 5x

In ∆XYZ,

<X + <Y + <Z = 180°

x + 3x + 5x = 180°

9x = 180°

x = 180/9

x = 20

so, the angles are :

<X = x = 20°

<Y = 3x = 3(20) = 60°

<Z = 5x = 5(20) = 100°

Answer:

angle X = 20°, angle Y = 60°, angle Z = 100°

Step-by-step explanation:

1a + 3a+ 5a = 180°

9a = 180°

a = 180° / 9

a = 20°

1a = 1 ( 20° ) = 20°

3a = 3 ( 20° ) = 60°

5a = 5 ( 20° ) = 100°

angle X = 1a

angle X = 20°

angle Y = 3a

angle Y = 60°

angle Z = 5a

angle Z = 100°
