Let :

no. of 2 Rs coin =  x

no. of 5 Rs coin = y

Given that :

x = y

& 2x + 5y = 70

2y + 5y = 70

7y = 70

y = 10

x = y

∴ x = 10

No of 2Rs and 5Rs coins is 10.
