Given - Ratio of coins

Find - Number of Rs. 5 coins

Solution - Let the number of Rs. 2, Re. 1 and Rs. 5 coins be 1x, 2x and 3x respectively. Forming mathematical equation -

2*1x + 1*2x + 5*3x = 190

Performing multiplication on Left Hand Side

2x + 2x + 15x = 90

Performing addition on Left Hand Side

19x = 190

Shifting 19 to Right Hand Side and performing division

x = 190/19

x = 10

So, the number of Rs. 5 coins = 3x

Number of Rs. 5 coins = 3*10

Performing multiplication

Number of Rs. 5 coins = 30

Hence, there 30 Rs. 5 coins.
