Let's start
Assume 100 soilders are there
1. 70 lost one eye .. means 30 didn't
2. 80 lost one leg .. 20 didn't lost
So who lost one eye is 70 .. if we subtract 20 person who didn't lost one leg .. it remains 50 who lost both one eye and one leg
70-20=50 remains who list both
3. 85 lost one ear .. 15 didn't lost
Again 50-15 = 35 who loat all three
4. 90 lost one arm .. means 10 didn't lost
35-10 = 25 people who lost atleast all four body part ..
Final answer 25%
