SO THE CSA OF THE PILLAR IS

24 × 7 × 2 × 22/7 => 1056

cm {}^{2}

Since it is 15 pillars

15 × 1056 = 15840 cm squared is the CSA of all the 15 pillars

15840 cm^2 is equal to 1.5840 m^2

Cost is 2 × 1.5840 = 3.168 RUPEES
