area of remaining plot = 10500 msq

area of plantation = area of rectangle - area of remaining plot = 12000 - 10500

= 1500 msq

area of rectangle is LxB

so dimension of plantation area = 1500 msq = 50 x 30

so length = 50m

width = 30 m
