HEYA!!!!!

YOUR ANSWER:
Let the total number of voters=x
Then,
70% of x= 4200
x= 6000
25% of 6000 = 1500

100% -70% -25% = 5%
5% of 6000= 300

That means 300 people didn't vote.

HOPE IT HELPS!!!!!

Answer:

Let the total population 100

total electorate vote ls are 70

Then Not electorate is 30.

One candidate got 4200 votes from electorate votes

and defeated candidate get 25% of electorate votes

That means , if we take total electorate votes as 100

then 100-25=75

means 1st candidate got 75% = 4200

Then total total electorate votes are = 4200/75×100 = 5600.

So, The NO. of not electorate votes are 5600/70×30=2400 (Ans)
