The answer is the second option. For any 7 letter word, first swap the first and third letters and also the fifth and seventh letters. Again swap the now sixth and seventh letters. Lastly, swap the fourth and fifth letters. Write the preceding letter for the first three letter and the succeeding letter for the next four. First BONDING is written as NOBGDIN . Then NOB-> MNA and GDIN-> HEOJ leaving MNAHEOJ.
