in a circuit, 2 resistors, 10 ohm and 15 ohm are connected I'm parallel and a current if 1 a is flowing through resistor 5 ohm, not connected in parallel with the other 2 resistors. find the current flowing through the other 2 resistors connected in parallel.

V=ir
V= 1×5
V =5v
1÷Rp=1÷10 1÷15
1÷Rp=3+2÷30
R=6ohm
V=ir
I=v÷r
I=5÷6
I=0.83 Ampere

snixxd:
the first part is right, but the current flowing through 10 ohm resistor is 0.6 A and that flowing through 15 ohm resistor is 0.4 A.
