area of garden =

3.14 * 75 * 75= 17662.5cm²

area of pond =

$\pi {r}^{2}$

3.14 * 20 * 20= 1256.0cm²

area of land =

$area \: of \: garden \: - \: area \: of \: pond \:$

17662.5 - 1256.0 = 16406.5m²
