In a circus, a motor cyclist goes round a vertical circle inside a spherical cage of radius 5m. Calculate the minimum speed of the motor cyclist inside the cage.

in order to remain moving in the vertical circle, the speed of the motorist at the top point, has to be such that the centripetal force should be more than the weight of the cycle + person.
  
      m v^2 / R  > m g
       v > √(R * g) = 5√2  m/sec = 25.2  kmph

This is the speed at the top of the circle.
