Let the number of questions he answered incorrectly be 'x'.

Now,

= > 4 * 20 + (-2) * x = 60

= > 80 - 2x = 60

= > -2x = -20

= > x = 10.

Therefore, the number of questions he answered incorrectly = 10.

Hope this helps!
