Here n=11
Now,Interquartile range = Q3-Q1
Qi = {i (n+1)}/4}th observation
So, Q1= {1 (11+1)/4} th observation i.e. 3rd observation which is 6
Similarly, Q3= {3(11+1)/4} th observation i.e. 9th observation which is 17
Hence, Interquartile range
= Q3-Q1
=17-6
=11
