In a class,there are 45 students.a teacher wished to divide 45/4kg of toffees among them.how much does each students get?

Total students in the class = n = 45

amount of toffees = m = ( 45/4 ) kg

each student get = m / n

= ( 45 / 4 ) kg ÷ 45

= ( 45 /4 ) kg × ( 1 / 45 )

after cancellation

= ( 1 / 4) kg

= 0.250 kg
