in a coaching class 45% male students and 25% of female students are engineers. if 22%of non engineer students are male find the ratio of male non engineers to female engineers

Male Non-Engineers =  55M

Let total female students be 100F

Female Engineers = 25F

Female Non-Engineers = 75F

also 22% of total non-engineers are male

(55M + 75F)*22/100=55M

M/F=5/13

therefore male non-engineers / female engineers = 55M / 25F

=55*5/25*13

=11/13
