Let say the total strength of company is x.

Senior Manager = 20% of x = x/5

Employees = 80% of x = 4x/5

°°°°°°°

60% of the senior managers have MBA,

60% of x/5 = 6x/50

40% of Employees have MBA,

40% of 4x/5 = 16x/50

°°°°°°°°

Total number of people in company with MBA

= 6x/50 + 16x/50

= 22x/50

°°°°°°°°

Now,

The probability that an MBA that you meet is a senior manager

= (6x/50)/(22x/50)

= 3/11

= 0.27
