Answer:

let the correct answer be X and wrong answers be Y

Equation 1

Atul - 5X - 3Y = 35

5×10 - 3Y = 35

3Y = 15

Y = 5 i.e., the no. of questions answered wrongly by Atul

Equation 2

Subodh -. 5X - 3Y = 19

5×8 - 3Y = 19

3Y = 21

Y= 7 i.e., the no. of questions answered wrongly by Subodh

Therefore, total no. of question answered wrongly by both of them = 5+7 = 12
