He has done 60 questions correctly and 20 wrong and 10 unattempted .

60×4= 240
20×2=40
10×0.5 = 5
total marks = 240-40-5 = 195 .☺

Solution :-

=> Let the answers correct be 'x'

=>Then, answer wrong = 80

--: According To Condition :-

=>4x-2(80-x) - 10(0.5) = 195

=>4x-160+2x-5 = 195

=>6x = 360

=> x = 60

=> Therefore, correct answer = 60
