Carbon and Oxygen reacts in ratio 3:8 ( by mass )

now ,
let the mass of required Oxygen be x

therefore , using uniatry method we get

3 : 8
9: x

x = 9 × 8 / 3
=> 24 gram .

hope it helps you !!!

thanks
