Crime is done through violent behaviour. Violence is the use of physical power or threat on others intentionally. The violence can be physical, emotional, verbal abuse etc., The violent behaviour is caused due to several reasons like neglect, low self-esteem, discrimination ,poverty etc., Lack of physical exercise and stress also causes violent behaviour. Exposure to violence and usage of drugs sometimes leads to accidental crime. Anger management is the first step to reduce violent behaviour. Regular exercise and meditation helps a person to stay calm and live in a healthy environment.
