Let the fraction be x/y

Thus 2x = 2 + y - - - >eqn 1

 \frac{x + 3}{y + 3}  =  \frac{2}{3}   \\  \\ 3x + 9 = 2y + 6 \\ 3x - 2y =  - 3

eqn 2

By solving eqns simultaneously we have

X = 7

And y=12

Thus fraction is 7/12
