1/λ = R[1/nf^2−1/ni^2]

Where,

R= Rydberg's constant

nf= principal quantum number of final state , K shell (n=1)

ni = Principle quantum number of initial state. L shell(n−2)

1/λ  =1.08×10^7 [1/1^2−1/2^2]

=0.81×10^7

λ= 1.23 ×10^(−7) m

Hence the wavelength of the light emitted is nearly in Angstroms 1.23 ×10^(−7) m
