Speed of car is 15kmph

15kmph=15×5/18m/s=4.1667m/s

The speed of bike that is experienced from the car is relative speed of bike wrt to car i.e., speed of biks- speed of car=8.33m/s=29.998kmph

so speed of bike=15+29.98=44.988kmph=12.4m/s

sankar6: any other methods
apurvaa200297: use relative speed method
sankar6: explain
apurvaa200297: speed of A with respect to B is speed of A - speed of B
apurvaa200297: use this relationship
