Explanation:

A client needs a big amount of data to be uploaded into their system in 2 weeks period. They need 5 full time people in order to finish the task in 2 weeks and they have a budget of 5000 eur. We cannot find a 5th person for this period. And other 4 people are fully busy with the amounts of data they need to work on.
