1 Kilowatt of power for 1 hour then you consume 1 unit.

Total power consumption=

Bulbs:(2*50) = 100W . 100W * 5hr =500WHr

Fan : (2* 70) = 140W . 140W * 10hrs= 1400WHr

In total : 1900W Hr per day

IN one month : 1900 * 30 = 57000WHr

No of units consumed is : 57000/1000 = 57 units

2 Bulbs and 2 fans are operatied 5 and 10 hr respectively.

2 bulb are 50 W each

we will take 1 bulb first

N = Pt÷1000-Wh/unit

= 50*150÷1000

= 7.5 units.

Therefore, 1 bulb takes 7.5 units.

So, 2 bulbs will be = 7.5 + 7.5 = 15 units.

Therefore, 2 bulbs of 50W take 15 units in a month.

Now, we shall take 1 fan

N = Pt÷1000-Wh/unit

= 70*300÷1000

= 21 units

Therefore, one fan takes 21 unit

So, 2 fans of 70W will be

= 21 + 21

= 42 Units.

Therefore, 2 fans of 70W take 42 units.
