Dew, in plants isnt formed by cold... it's formed due to guttation. loss of water by its edges through the help of hydrothodes which occurs at late evening or at early morning..

1. DEW means tiny drops of water that form on cool surfaces at night or in morning, when atmospheric vapor condenses.
2. During cold night, the atmospheric vapor condenses because of cold climate. Then condensed vapour converted into small droplets to which we called as drops.
