In a house 5 bulbs of 25 watts each are used for 5 hrs a day calculate the unit of electricity used in 30 days

18.75kw may be the answer.5*5*25*30/1000=18.75

Given,

Number of bulbs = 5

power = 5× 25 / 1000 or, 0.125kw

time = 5 hours.

Now,

Electricity used in 1 day = 0.125 × 5 or, 0.625 BOT

Electricity used in 30 days = 0.625 × 30 = 18.75 BOT
