In a jungel all the carnivores animals were removed.What will be consequences act ?

if in a Jungle all all the carnivorous were removed then there will be no one to consume the lower level consumer . for example if all the lions and tigers are killed then the number of foxes will be increased in the forest and this will made inbalance in the nature.More foxes will eat lower level consumers like cows dogs etc so this will unbalance the nature
