Time taken by B run 1000 meters = (1000 × 10)/50 = 200 sec.

Time taken by A = 200 - 10 = 190 sec

☑Here is your answer ⤵

Let in x seconds A won the race for one metre travels for x/1000 seconds, in x seconds B also completes the race for one metre travels for x/950 seconds, but A wins the race by leading 10 seconds than B or in terms of distance it is 50 metres so (x/950)-(x/1000)=1/10 on solvation x is 190 seconds so A completes the race in 3 minutes and 10 seconds which is 190 seconds.

So, option B is the right answer....
