In a local city, the temperature at noon is Negative 3 degrees Celsius. The temperature is expected to decrease by 2.5 degrees Celsius each hour until the temperature reaches Negative 18 degrees Celsius. How many hours will it take for the temperature to reach Negative 18 degrees Celsius?
